4-Loop Bigbags are versatile and functional. They can be produced in custom sizes suitable for various product groups, such as food, minerals, animal feed, and chemicals. Depending on customer preferences, inner liners can be added to the Bigbags.

Custom Design Options for Product Groups

4-Loop Bigbags consist of four customized lifting loops. Depending on the product and application, additional liners can be incorporated for extra moisture protection. These bags can be designed with corner or cross corner configurations.

Filling and Discharging Stages of 4-Loop Bigbags

4-Loop Bigbags are designed to meet the specific requirements of production processes. Since different product groups have varying needs related to filling or discharging systems, customized filling and discharging mechanisms are developed for these Bigbags.

Filling Systems
  • - Top Spout:
  • - Top Skirt: Ensures easy filling.
Discharging Systems
  • - E-Knot: Provides remote discharging capabilities.
  • - B-Lock: Allows for controlled discharging.
  • - Bonbon Closure: Offers a two-stage opening mechanism.
  • - Bottom Cross: Provides extra support for the discharge tube.
  • - Hygienic Cover: Keeps the discharge tube clean.

Additional Options Available:

  • - UN-Coded Bigbags (X or Z Coding): Bigbags that meet international safety standards required for transporting specific hazardous materials.
  • - Multi-Layer PE and PP Liners or MC Materials: Transparent or colored liners, with thicknesses ranging from 65 microns to 120 microns.
  • - Tube or Narrow Neck Liners: Various configurations for liners placed inside the Bigbags, available as hanging or glued options.
