Sustainability

Working for a Sustainable Future!

Each of our recycling facilities plays a crucial role in reintegrating used packaging into the production cycle.

Our specially manufactured PCR (Post-Consumer Recycled) Big Bag and Stretch Hood products consist of rPP granules made from 30% recycled materials. We aim to collect used products and provide environmentally friendly and sustainable packaging solutions.

Key Points About Sustainable Packaging:

Sustainable packaging plays a crucial role in reducing environmental impacts and conserving natural resources. Innovations and advancements in this area are critical for a more sustainable future.

1. Reusability: The ability to reuse packaging provides significant sustainability advantages.

2. Sustainable packaging meets local and international standards such as EN ISO 21898:2005.

3. These packaging solutions are highly durable and functional while effectively protecting products.

4.Modular designs facilitate the adaptation of packaging to various products, reducing waste.

We continue to invest in innovative technologies for a more sustainable future, integrating more recycled plastic waste into the production cycle while consuming fewer resources.

How the Circular Economy of Big Bags Works ?

1. Design and Production

Big Bags are typically made from recyclable materials like polypropylene (PP). These materials can be reprocessed after production and used in new products.

2. Usage

Big Bags are often reusable multiple times. Reuse lowers production and waste management costs.

3. Collection and Recycling

Collected Big Bags are recycled, allowing polypropylene and other materials to be reprocessed. These materials can be used in the production of new Big Bags or other plastic products.

4. Re-manufacturing and Reuse

Big Bags made from recycled materials continue to remain in use, restarting the cycle.

Commitment to Sustainability!

We are aware of our responsibilities and are contributing to a #sustainable and #clean future! Each of our recycling facilities plays a significant role in reintegrating used packaging into the production cycle.

Our specially manufactured PCR (Post-Consumer Recycled) Big Bag and Stretch Hood products are made from rPP granules obtained from 30% recycled materials. We collect used products, and through sorting, the rPP granules are transformed into high-quality, eco-friendly Big Bags and Stretch Hood packaging.
