Liners with wings

During filling and dicharging of some products either due to the product’s characteristics or the special handling conditions the liner can be pulled downwards and be torn, which in turn leads to serious problems.   

For such special applications the liner is sewn to the body of the big bag at filling height and the packaging remains safe during the entire operation. 

Wings can be applied to all barrier, gambo, bottle, conductive and antistatic liner types.
 

Used for:

• Storage of sticky and less fluid pigments.
• Storage of products with rapid filling and discharging.
• In cases where vacuumed discharging is applied.
• For long term storage where it’s cruical  that the liner should not tear from the outer body.
